The 8th Annual 23 Mile Yard Sales are here! Stretching through three mountain communities along Highway 38, this event is part treasure hunt, part community celebration, and always a full weekend adventure.

Where to Start?
No matter where you begin, the 23 Mile Yard Sales event is a full weekend experience. Some folks start from down the hill, others from within their own community. Either way, take your time and enjoy the journey!

Get Your Maps
Five maps guide the way:

1 for Mountain Home Village
3 for Forest Falls (Lower, Mid, and Upper Canyon)
1 for Angelus Oaks

Each map lists participating addresses with a recommended route from the green square (start) to the red square (finish). Keep in mind, some addresses may drop out last-minute, but that’s all part of the adventure.
